How Jinuo people make the bag by hand? The Jinuo people living in Xishuangbanna still plant cotton in mountain area. Every winter season they harvest cotton to make thread by hand with a bamboo shuttle, then wash the threads in water to pull straight and dried under the sun. They use flower and ginger as dye meterial, make many different colorful threads. At the end, they weave the threads into cloth with a simple wooden loom and make the bags by hand. |
