When i find some free directory list, i always check them whather 100% free submit or not. 100% free submit means you can submit your site but no need to pay and give a back link .I want to recorde all 100% free directory which I found on this page, to give all webmaster to submit. It is very important to a new website to star building links with a free directory submition. In the same time, some 100% free directories will change to pay directory, so when you submit these directory , if you find it is no more 100% free, you can report it.Then I can delete them and also cantinure to add more and more 100% free directory when I find them.
